Running in the heart of the Community of Valencia
In 2017 the world will run again for those who can't! On May 7th 2017 Spanish runners will run Wings for Life World Run for the fourth time. The Wings for Life World Run 2017 will start exactly at 13.00 pm local time. Half an hour later at 13.30 pm the Catcher Cars, will head out to chase the runners down as the mobile finish line. The race is over for all runners, who are caught up by the Catcher Cars.
Be part of it: On May 7th 2016 you got the chance to participate in a truly global event with tens of thousands of runners around the world. The goal is the same: 100% of all the registration fees go straight to spinal cord injury research projects of the Wings for Life foundation.

Each Event Location will have a separate track. We will provide further information about the exact route in the following weeks.
On May 7th 2017 wheelchair users and runners will start together in one race. Just like it should be! The only limitation: the wheelchairs have to standard wheelchairs and not special ones for racing.
The Event is open to all individuals who are at least 16 or older years of age or older on race day. Participants under 18 will need to supply with a signed tutor/parent permission agreement.
The registration is possible as of now until the race , if there race is not sold out before.

September 5, 2017 – January 29, 2017: 20€
January 30, 2017 – race: 25€
A shuttle service will bring you back to the starting line once you have been overpassed by the Catcher Car.
During the On-Site Check-in, each Participant will receive a Participant’s bag as well as a unique race number.
