There’s no excuse not to run. Running is probably the most accessible sport for everyone to do because all you need is a pair of trainers! Unfortunately you can’t run in your birthday suit, but you could run wearing literally anything. Here are our suggestions of what to wear whilst running;
There are SO many styles of running shoes, but it’s important to do your research! Not only will the right shoe be comfier, but it will also prevent injuries because your foot is being supported. Don’t injure yourself before the big day on May 7, 2017.
If you are running as far as 10km, beware cotton is ROTTEN! To prevent chafing, stay away from cotton shits and get T-Shirts made of Nylon, Lycra, or Polyester that will absorb your sweat. Check out our Wings for Life World Run T-Shirts and personalize them to suit your own style.

Investing in a good sports bra will probably be the second best thing you do this year, right after competing in the Wings for Life World Run. Think of your back ladies, a little support will go a long way.
