Not only are we releasing the official anthem today, but we are also releasing a Spotify playlist, curated by Topsify!
This playlist is a fit for everyone. It has music with a high tempo, constant rhythms, and uplifting lyrics – all the ingredients to inspire even the laziest of people! ;)
Tracks with a tempo of 150 to 190 BPM (beats per minute) are ideal for those of you runners who like to run one step per beat. To calculate the perfect tempo of music to run to, you should calculate the number of times your left (or right) foot hits the floor whilst jogging for one minute. If it’s 70 times, you would feel the benefits from running to music with a tempo of 140 BPM.
Or to make it even simpler – try out the Topsify playlist to discover for yourself which beat suits you the most. All songs on the playlist range from 140-190 BPM.
