Every time I line up to race, I know I’m doing something I was never expected to do. I was born with Spina Bifida. From day one, doctors told my parents what I wouldn’t be able to do. But they chose possibility over prediction, and that changed everything. Today, I’m an international wheelchair racer, a community change maker, and a speaker on the Power of Possible - the ultimate belief in human potential. But my journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve spent more time in hospitals than I can count. I’ve faced pain, surgeries, and setbacks. And I’ve met people, kids, teens, adults, who never got the chance to move the way I do. That’s why I’m doing the Wings for Life World Run. Not just for myself, but for every person who can’t, yet. For every spinal cord injury survivor still holding onto hope. For every kid who’s been told they’ll never move freely. For everyone waiting, and believing, that science will catch up.
